Welcome to INFORMAL Content Agency (“INFORMAL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our services, website, or working with our team, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Services

You may use our services only if you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. By engaging with us, you agree to provide accurate information and to use our services for lawful purposes only.

2. Intellectual Property

All content created by INFORMAL, including but not limited to videos, graphics, designs, and written material, remains the intellectual property of INFORMAL unless explicitly transferred in writing. You are granted a license to use delivered materials for agreed-upon purposes, which may include social media, web, and digital marketing use. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or resale is prohibited.

3. Client Content

Clients retain ownership of any content they provide to us (e.g., raw footage, brand assets). By supplying this content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, edit, and incorporate it into deliverables as needed.

4. Revisions & Delivery

We include a set number of revisions as specified in your chosen package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Final files are delivered in the formats and ratios outlined in your agreement. It is your responsibility to store delivered assets unless an archival add-on is purchased.

5. Payments & Fees

All pricing is agreed upon in advance and stated in your invoice or contract. Payments must be made on time according to the payment schedule provided. Late payments may result in paused services or late fees. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time for future engagements.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations require written notice. Refunds are only granted for unrendered services and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Deposits are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

INFORMAL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including lost profits, content downtime, or data loss. Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
